Please read the following guidance notes before starting the application process.

1. Our charter requires us to address, where possible and appropriate, the distress caused by financial and material hardship of individuals and households who live within the Aylesbury town boundary.
2. There are a specific set of postcodes that are deemed to be within the Aylesbury town boundary, and we are unable to consider applications for those that are outside of it.
3. The Charity Commission requires us to consider the personal circumstances of all grant applicants. Any information you provide will be treated in strictest confidence and will not be used for any other purpose than determining suitability.

6. Incomplete applications and those that are not accompanied by the appropriate supporting documentation, will not be considered by the trustees.
7. The Charity’s trustees meet each month (excluding August) to consider applications and grants are awarded at their discretion.
