The following is requested by the Trustees in order to consider the application:-
- Clear details of the nature of the application and the exact amount of funds requested.
- Details of how the funds will be expended and an itemised list or a breakdown of the requested funds.
- If the organisation is based out of Aylesbury but also assists people living in Aylesbury, then the number or percentage of Aylesbury people will need to be provided to the Trustees
- The Organisation’s latest audited accounts. If audited accounts cannot be provided because the organisation is too small, a bank statement to show monies held will then need to be provided.
- Details as to whether the organisation has sought any financial assistance from any another “body” such as BCC, AVDC or other and with what result.
- An Email address and a telephone number must be provided.
