The charity will keep the form on file until an appropriate vacancy becomes available, at which time the relevant applications are prioritised by the Trustees based upon need.

A beneficiary of an almshouse charity is not a tenant, but is required to pay a Weekly Maintenance Contribution. This is a set sum to cover repairs and running costs and is based upon the size of the accommodation.
